One Percent Collective
- Use what inspires you to influence others
- Despite coming from different disciplines, different skill sets often work hand in hand to inspire others and help everyone to think and approach things in new ways. People often assume they will be out of place when working with new people (when coming from different walks of life), however in many situations these different approaches help to create a better and more interesting work environment.
- Motivation to get to where you want to be can be time consuming and free of charge. Through his dedication to gain exposure in the design world, he worked many hours pay free to start off his career as after university.
- Tell people who inspire you that you appreciate them
- Think about who inspires you and tell them. Often we only acknowledge our appreciation for someone when we want something in return. Perhaps we should start expressing our interest in what inspires us just for the sake of it. Make someones day!
